Design and Build
AD Studio LLC was established in 2015 and is Puerto Rico's leading design and build firm. We have served hundreds of clients in Puerto Rico, United States and Dominican Republic providing the framework to deliver projects on time for their commercial, industrial, private and real estate projects. Our personnel includes designers, project managers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, roofers and painters who work together at every step of your project to deliver a fast and reliable design and construction experience. Our knowledgeable technical and management team is here to assist in every step of your project.
Design
Our team includes design experts in order to guide you through the design process ensuring complete synchrony and collaboration within all departments to maximize results. AD Studio LLC holds the exclusivity in Puerto Rico for top designing italian brands such as: Molteni & C Dada, Tomasella and Cesar. This allows our customers to have first pick on the highest quality products on the market.
Construction
We pride ourselves into having our project managers overseeing the entire build process in order to merge dessign and contruction seamlesly. Our team of builders is composed of 20+ workers experts in their area, such as: flooring installers, iron workers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, roofers, and painters.
